Free delivery within 4-6 weeks
1. Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll give you a quick call to confirm your delivery week.
2. We work with sofa-delivery wizards K&L, who’ll be in touch once your order is processed.
3. You’ll be kept in the loop at every step of your sofa’s journey, but if you’d rather just chat to a human, give us a ring anytime.
4. When your delivery week rolls around, K&L will confirm the exact timings with you.
5. Deliveries run Monday to Saturday, between 7am and 7pm. You’ll get a two-hour delivery window by email and text, 48 hours before your slot.
6. On the day, our team will carry your sofa in, assemble it in your chosen room, and make sure you're sitting comfortably before they head off.
Delivery FAQ's
If you’d like us to take away your old sofa, we can do that too. For £50 we’ll whisk it off and make sure it’s disposed of responsibly (no shady fly-tipping, promise). You can select this at checkout.
We deliver to mainland UK, Northern Ireland, and the Republic of Ireland but don't deliver to the most remote parts of Scotland, yet!
If you're not quite ready for delivery, we can keep your items in storage for 2 weeks for free. After that there is a holding charge of £3 per square metre, per day.
To be sure your sofa arrives through your door in time for Christmas, pop your order in on or before 17th November. After that, the elves get a bit tetchy.
