We’re so confident in our sofas that we’re delighted to give you 50 days to try them out sit, snooze and if it's not for you we'll be surprised.

How long do I have to return my sofa?

You've got 50 days from delivery to decide if your sofa is right for you and your home. If it isn't, we'll come and collect your sofa at no extra cost to you.

What if my product is faulty or damaged?

If something’s not quite right with your order; a knock in transit, a fault, or it’s just not as it should be, let us know. We’ll jump on it straight away.

Whether that means a repair, a replacement, or collecting it for a full refund, we’ll get it sorted swiftly (no faff, no quibbles).

What condition does my sofa need to be in for a return?

To return your sofa, it needs to be in the same lovely condition it arrived in. When our delivery crew come to collect it, they’ll give it a quick once-over.

If your sofa has picked up a bump or bruise during its 50-day trial, we’ll let you know. You can still return it if you wish, but in some cases we may need to apply a small restocking fee.

How do returns work with custom fabric?

If you’ve chosen to use your own fabric, we’re delighted, it means we've revelled in creating something truly one-of-a-kind.

Because these sofas are bespoke, you still have your 50-day return window. But if you do decide to send it back, a 35% restocking fee will apply.

Our sofas are insanely comfortable, we promise. Thats why we offer a 50 day, no quibbles, returns & exchange policy. If for any reason, you don't love your sofa all you need to do is contact us within 50 days of accepting your delivery and we come and collect it at no cost to you.
